Our New Life - Acts 20:24

St Paul tell us that his life is now worth nothing unless he finishes the work assigned to him by Jesus. we have work assigned to us by Jesus as well, is your life worth nothing unless you complete this? 

Bow Down And Worship - Exodus 4:38

When God came down to Moses and spoke to him, Moses immediately threw himself to the ground and worshipped Him. When we will meet God in heaven, we will bow down and worship Him, but let's do that here and now as well!

Be Like Children - Luke 18:16

Jesus said that the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like children. As adults, we can overcomplicate so many things but children see and understand things in a way that we need to get back to! 

Don't Answer! - Matthew 26:62

When Jesus was on trial and people were accusing Him falsely, He didn't answer. As Christians, when people falsely accuse us, we don't need to answer, they need to prove their false claims.

Don't Blame God! - Proverbs 19:3

People will make foolish decisions in their lives and then blame God for them. A lot of people who do they don't even confess Jesus as Lord and don't take responsibility for their actions!

Have Discretion - Proverbs 11:22

We live in a world today where discretion is not seen as much as it needs to be. The writer of Proverbs says that a woman who lacks discretion is like a gold ring in a pig's snout. Harsh but true! 

God Is For All - Romans 3:30

God makes people right with Him only by faith it doesn't matter who they are or where they come from. He wants everyone to know Him by faith, but sadly many will not. 

They Turned Away - Exodus 32:7

Jesus Became Poor - 2 Corinthians 8:9

Through the generous grace of Jesus, He became poor so that we could become rich. He left heaven to die on the cross and if we believe that He did this, we will dwell with Him forever in heaven. This is worth more than all the money in the world!

Rest! - Luke 1:23

Taking a rest is hugely important as we live our Christian faith out. In today's verse we see that Zechariah served in the temple for a week and went on to rest. We all need to rest, so we don't burn ourselves out.
